Saygrass Franchise Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

These Franchise Terms & Conditions apply to all franchise enquiries, applications and discussions with Saygrass Ltd.

By submitting a franchise enquiry, requesting information or applying for a Saygrass franchise, you agree to these terms.

2. Franchise Opportunity

Saygrass franchise opportunities are offered subject to approval, territory availability, financial assessment and completion of our franchise process.

Submitting an enquiry does not guarantee acceptance as a Saygrass franchisee.

3. Franchise Fee

The Saygrass franchise fee is £30,000 + VAT for a 3-year term.

Renewal after the initial term is subject to Saygrass approval, compliance with the franchise agreement and payment of the applicable renewal fee.

4. Monthly Fees

Approved franchisees must pay:

• £497 + VAT per month for CRM systems, software and business management tools.

• £497 + VAT per month for marketing management and lead generation support.

Monthly fees are payable in advance.

5. Territory Rights

Franchisees may be granted an exclusive territory, subject to performance targets and compliance with Saygrass standards.

Saygrass reserves the right to review, reduce or remove territory exclusivity if a franchisee fails to meet required standards.

6. Artificial Grass Supply

All franchisees must purchase artificial grass exclusively from Saygrass Ltd.

Purchasing artificial grass from another supplier without written permission is a serious breach and may result in immediate termination.

7. Leads & Customer Data

All leads, enquiries, customer information, CRM data, website enquiries, reviews and marketing data remain the property of Saygrass Ltd.

Franchisees are granted permission to service customers within their approved territory during the franchise term only.

8. Brand & Intellectual Property

The Saygrass name, logo, website, systems, templates, marketing materials, training materials and business processes remain the property of Saygrass Ltd.

No rights are granted unless a formal franchise agreement is signed.

9. Training & Support

Saygrass may provide training, CRM access, marketing support, operational guidance and supplier access.

Training and support are designed to assist franchisees but do not guarantee revenue, profit or business success.

10. No Earnings Guarantee

Saygrass does not guarantee:

• Turnover

• Profit

• Number of leads

• Customer numbers

• Return on investment

• Business success

Results depend on the franchisee’s effort, local market conditions and business management.

11. Confidentiality

All information shared by Saygrass is confidential, including pricing, suppliers, CRM systems, marketing strategies, training materials and franchise documents.

Applicants and franchisees must not copy, share or use this information outside the Saygrass franchise process.

12. Termination

Saygrass may terminate a franchise agreement if the franchisee:

• Fails to pay required fees.

• Purchases artificial grass from another supplier.

• Damages the Saygrass brand.

• Misuses customer data.

• Breaches confidentiality.

• Fails to follow Saygrass systems or standards.

13. Application Process

The franchise process may include:

• Initial enquiry

• Application form

• NDA

• Discovery call

• Territory review

• Approval

• Franchise agreement

• Training and launch

Saygrass may reject any application at its discretion.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
